Collection: Australian Business and Consumer Advisory Services Available

Australian Business and Consumer Advisory offers valuable guidance to consumers and businesses navigating consumer law issues in Australia. Here's how we best present our services:

Clarity and Transparency:

  • Service Breakdown: We clearly outline the stages of our service and what consumers or businesses can expect at each stage. This includes:
    • Free Initial Assessment: Stage One: we briefly explain how we assess cases and the value consumers get from this initial step (e.g., understanding case strengths/weaknesses). Then we look at what may be involed in the case if it needs to progress.
    • Communication and Negotiation: Stage Two: We explain how we can help clients communicate effectively with the other party to potentially resolve issues without court involvement. We are involved and assess your documentation and evidence.
    • Referral to Legal Representation:  Stage Three: Before we even look at legal representation for complex situations or court appearances. we recommend assessing how you will defend yourself before we recommend consulting a lawyer, that may just charge you for your time, and advise you to go to court and defend yourself. (this is common)

We Focus on Empowerment: Stage Four business Course.

  • Education and Guidance: Instead of solely advising on how to present a case, We highlight how you educate businesses on their rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Procedural Navigation: We clearly explain how we guide clients through various Training and Guidance modules through the appropriate channels (ACCC complaint process, mediation, etc.) depending on the case specifics.
